Definitions
- "Merosub," "we," "our," "us" – refers to the platform operated in Nepal.
- "Merosub" can sometimes also be refered as "SubYourArt" and "SubMyArt".
- "User," "you," "your" – refers to both creators and supporters using the platform.
- "Creator" – an individual or entity offering exclusive content in exchange for support.
- "Supporter" – an individual providing financial contributions to a Creator.
- "Payment System" – refers to Nepali payment methods integrated with Merosub, including digital wallets and bank transfers.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Merosub. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only with the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Merosub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in fraudulent activities.
Payments and Fees
- Supporters can make payments through approved Nepali payment systems, including digital wallets and bank transfers.
- Creators will receive earnings after applicable platform fees and transaction charges.
- Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.
- We may hold payments temporarily for security or legal reasons.
Content Guidelines
- Creators are responsible for the content they share.
- Content must comply with Nepalese laws and must not include illegal, abusive, defamatory, or explicit material.
- Merosub reserves the right to remove any content that violates our policies.
Intellectual Property
- Creators retain ownership of their content but grant Merosub a limited license to display and distribute it within and outside (sometimes) the platform.
- Users must not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission from the rightful owner.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
- Use automated bots to interact with the platform.
- Post misleading, false, or deceptive content.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
